1 Scope, Definitions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with us, Dosamats (website: www.dosamats.com).
Unless otherwise agreed, any terms and conditions you may have are excluded.

(2) A consumer within the meaning of these provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2 Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods, specifically ready-made car mats, with the possibility of expanding our product range in the future.

(2) By listing a product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions stated in the product description.

(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:

• Products you intend to purchase are placed into your shopping cart.

• You can modify the contents of your cart at any time.

• After clicking "Checkout" and entering your personal data, payment, and shipping details, an order summary is displayed.

• You can review and edit all details before finalizing your purchase.

4 Delivery and Shipping

(1) Orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partner Bosta within 24 hours after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

(2) Delivery by Bosta typically takes 3-4 business days after dispatch.

(3) Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping is not free by default; however, free shipping promotions may apply if certain conditions are met (e.g., minimum order value).

(4) Deliveries are currently limited to Egypt.
International shipping will be offered in the future.

5 Right of Return

(1) You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt.

(2) If you return a product, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping and delivery fees.

(3) Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging materials.

6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until the full purchase price has been paid.
